Sometimes I miss cooked food like an old friend. But then I realize that this friend wasn't kind to me. In the past when I would give in and revisit my old friend, I would always regret it. Raw food is my new friend and it is much nicer to me.
Saturday & Sunday - I know these numbers don't look great, but when I eat cooked foods it is even worse with numbers in the 300s and higher. That's how unkind cooked food is to me. I ate salads, green smoothies, 2 raw bars, some raw peanuts, a couple squares of raw chocolate, a few raw olives, and 2 bananas dipped in raw chocolate. I do need to cut back on the raw chocolate and it is getting less appealing to me. It is mostly a transitional food.

Today - The kids are out of school today for Veteran's day so I slept in a little. But it threw me off my schedule & I forgot to test this morning or take my meter to work. I went home during lunch and got my meter.
